Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at aruuufa@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return — this is the fastest way to get processed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Rejected Returns

We cannot accept returns if the item is worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging.

Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
